Mohan Sivaloganathan – Community
Mohan is a Dad of a seven-year old LEGO master and Minecraft world builder, with an endless arsenal of lyrics and pop culture references (from hip-hop to K-Pop Demon Hunters) that can be naturally infused into daily conversation. His side hustles in parallel to Dad life include being the Founder of Harmonious Leadership, a movement entrepreneur with experience in education, civic engagement, and mental health, and a musician and filmmaker.
Justin Cohen — Growth
Justin Cohen is an author, activist, and dad. He is founder and lead organizer of Dads for All, working with dads around the United States to build relationships and communities, while solving local problems.
Cohen brings 20+ years as a community organizer, political activist, author, and public policy expert to this effort. Former United States Secretary of Education John B. King called Justin’s first book, Change Agents, “a must read.” His civil rights leadership - including co-founding Wayfinder Foundation - has shaped policy, messaging, organizing, and strategic litigation nationwide.
Peter Gaston — Communications and Storytelling
Peter brings decades of creative strategy experience from companies like Spotify, Spin Magazine, and Known to his role as founding strategist of Dads for All, where he shapes the organization's voice, content, and campaigns that turn dad energy into civic action.
Peter Gaston is a cultural curator and connector, transforming information into inspiration, one perfectly matched recommendation at a time. As a dad and husband, he's energized by work that creates positive change for the next generation — like helping folks transition into cleaner transportation.
